If you’re traveling from Dubai, it takes approximately 3.5 hours to reach Khasab, including border formalities. Please plan toleave Dubai by 6:00 AM to arrive on time.Guests joining the morning session should report to our Khasab Tours Office by 9:00 AM, while those joining the afternoon session should check in by 1:00 PM.Our friendly staff will greet you and provide a briefing about your dhow cruise experience.

Your exciting Musandam dhow cruise begins! Step aboard our traditional Omani wooden dhow and enjoy a warm welcome with refreshments including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and plain water.

- A single-entry Oman visit visa costs 5 OMR per passport, and there is an additional AED 35 exit fee when crossing the border.
- You can obtain your visa at the border or apply online in advance through the official Royal Oman Police website
- Please check your visa eligibility before booking, as not all nationalities or visa types qualify for entry at the border.
Passport Validity
- Passports must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of travel to qualify for a visa on arrival.
- UAE residents must also ensure both their passport and UAE visa are valid for more than 90 days from the travel date
- You must carry your original passport — photocopies or digital copies will not be accepted at the border.
Vehicle & Rental Car Rules
- If driving your own vehicle, ensure it has valid insurance coverage for Oman. If not, you can purchase temporary insurance at the border.
- If you are using a rental car, you must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your rental company permitting cross-border travel; otherwise, you will not be allowed to proceed.
- Vehicle ownership papers (Mulkia) are required at the border for verification.
